At Batenburg, these promising individuals are known as the Young Batenburgers. They often first connect with us through internship fairs and regional educational institutions.

We are continuously looking for enthusiastic vocational and university-level students with a background in mechatronics or technology. We offer them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a broad-based technology company that values growth and development.

Our connection with education is also reflected in our active role in shaping technical curricula. For example, we contributed to the development of the T-Gear learning track for De Techniekschool.
