A versatile automotive-grade IoT Module

The AQ20 is an automotive-grade Cat. 4 IoT module with 3GPP Release 10 support, specifically designed for IoT and M2M applications. The module delivers a maximum data rate of 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, and features GNSS support with Qualcomm's Izat Gen8C Lite location technology for accurate and reliable positioning. In addition, the module offers VoLTE and SMS communication, as well as support for a wide range of internet protocols and standard industrial interfaces.

Available in two versions

The module is ideally suited for IoT applications in automotive-specific use cases, such as Smart TCU, Connected OBD solutions, and fleet management. The AQ20 is available in two versions: the AQ20-EA for the European and Asian markets and the AQ20-NA for the North American market.
